Payment Policy

• Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to guarantee your reservation a deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer.
• Balance to be paid either prior your arrival (by bank transfer) or on your arrival day.
• Transaction fees are paid by the client.
• Environment fee: 2€ per night

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund in case of cancellation 60 days prior the arrival date.
• Date changes are allowed, subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
